About Me

I started out my career as an ICT technician but have always had a strong interest and passion for sports and fitness. I have done a lot of different physical activities in the past such as bootcamps, football, volleyball, boxing, cycling and swimming there isn't many sports I have not played.

In October 2013 I decided to follow my passion for fitness, so enrolled on a level 2 gym instructor course, and also completed my level 2 spinning course along the way. By the end of March I qualified and enrolled straight onto level 3.

At the end of July I was a fully qualified level 3 Personal Trainer and my starting point in the world of fitness was at Hyndburn Leisure. In September 2014 I instructed a regular spin class at Carter leisure, then from April 2015 to March 2016 I worked full time as a fitness professional at Oakhill Academy in Whalley and gained a lot of experience and new skills.

Currently I work at Fitness Warehouse in Preston as a delivery and installation engineer whilst teaching classes freelance and personal training clients alongside.

I am a very friendly and competitive person and believe that these qualities help me to motivate clients to achieve their goals.
