As well as being a personal trainer I am also a freelance instructor for a variety of classes. The classes I am qualified to teach include spin classes, Hatton ABC classes, Metafit, Kettlercise, Les Mills BodyPump and more.

Spinning

Spinning classes are fun and energetic and offer great benefits such as burning a high number of calories, toning legs, arms, stomach and back as well as improving and strengthening the cardiovascular system all in a 45 minute session. Les Mills BodyPump

BodyPump uses light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, to give you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! MetaFit

Hatton ABC

Hatton ABC is a boxing for fitness class designed to assist weight loss, muscle tone, increased fitness and all the fun of training like a boxer without the contact. For more information click here.
